Meet our people
We recruit graduates from every culture and background to join our programmes in Johannesburg and London. Whichever programme you join, you'll gain a comprehensive overview of our business, as well as working on real projects that have an impact on our success from the start of your career.
But don't take our word for it. Our graduates have gained a variety of experience on our programmes in the UK and South Africa, from travelling across Africa to research different countries' economies, to managing deals in the agribusiness sector in Eastern Europe.
They've also discovered how we combine our work with a genuine commitment to enhancing the environments we operate in. And they've been actively involved in a number of projects, from teaching underprivileged children, to helping to provide blankets to the Salvation Army and organising the construction of the first permanent building for a school in South Africa.
