Enabling Functions - Group Shared Services

Group Shared Services (GSS) is an enabling function that supports the Retail Bank, Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Human Capital (HC) and Finance areas of the bank with back office processing and operational excellence capabilities. The area comprises eight shared services pillars viz. Retail Operations Shared Services (OSS), CIB OSS, Cash Shared Services, Human Capital Shared Services (PeopleFirst), Finance and Accounting Shared Services (FASS), Risk Shared Services (RSS), Group Control and Business Process Improvement (BPI). GSS is a fast paced, customer focused environment that seeks to hire staff who possess an interest in Operations Management, process thinking, innovation and value based leadership. If you are energetic and looking for a challenging environment that will test your skills/expertise and provide career growth, GSS is the place to be!


Duration: 12 months


Qualifications: Degree /Honours: IT, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, Finance


Previous work experience: Maximum one year post qualification.


Citizenship: You must be a South African citizen
