Enabling Functions - Group IT graduate programme

Financial services and banking has become increasingly driven by IT. Digitisation is enhancing the products, services and experience delivered to customers. Standard Bank IT is driving innovation, adopting cutting edge technology and running a 24x7 IT operation.


Our Graduate Programme blends theoretical learning of hard and soft skills with practical experience. Through a number of rotations, you will be exposed to the full life lifecycle of the IT business, from application and technology architecture through the disciplines of analysis, design, build and test of systems to the operation, maintenance and support of the live production environments. You will choose the specific areas for your rotations that best fit your skills, interests and aspirations.


Upon completion of the programme you will have acquired the necessary experience to kick-start your career and identified your first home in IT, a place where you can contribute to the success of IT and the Standard Bank Group.


Duration: 18 months


Degree:


Previous work experience: Maximum two years post qualification.


Citizenship: You must be a citizen or permanent resident of the country you're applying to.

 

For the Johannesburg programme, you must be a South African citizen.
