Personal and Business Banking (PBB) - Customer Channel Graduate Programme

In our business the customer always comes first and we are looking for innovative individuals that can help us provide our customers with positive customer experience through design and continuous improvement. Our priority is to serve and sell solutions that will ensure our customers have an exceptional experience when they interact with us through any of our wide-ranging touch-points which include branches, contact centres, online, cellphone and other convenient self-service banking channels. With a staff complement of over 13000 and wide network across the country, you’d be joining a graduate programme that has opportunities within local market management, personal offerings and business banking.

Duration: 12 months

Degree: Minimum undergraduate; BSc or BCom
Quantitative Modelling / Analytics,
Accounting / Business Management with Certified Financial Planner certification,
Human Behavioral Psychology or Agriculture

Previous work experience: Maximum one year post qualification.

Citizenship: South African
