Zambia Graduate programme

Overview of the Programme

Our graduate programme is designed to give a solid foundation of understating the functions within the bank. This will be achieved by rotations through assigned functions within the bank.   In the second year, our graduates are expected to establish their knowledge base of the functions where they will be working. In this year, you will get to know your particular function better as you experience rotations within that function.

It is important for you to understand the various functions within the Bank.   Please read through this section and size up the full range of our opportunities.  With our programme, you'll be developing your skills, gaining experience and contributing to real-world results from the moment you join us.  The following are the functions within the Bank:

Corporate and Investment Banking

Would you bank on you?

 Ask yourself this:
“Could I play a part in financing the future of Mozambique’s gas reserves?” Of course you would, right? But what if the world depended on this energy? Would you really trust yourself to be the banker who takes on that kind of responsibility? If you can honestly say yes, without looking away, you might just be what we want. Take a look at the graduate programmes we offer that could give you that responsibility
